  It was unclean and messy. The manager was loudly reprimanding an employee. The cashier was not attentive and forgot to ring up my drink. Then I was given the wrong sandwich (a cheese burger instead of a double bacon). I didn't have time to go back.

  I was actually shocked to see the reviews that the night time staff is rude. but that was some time ago.. I have been stopping here on my way to my 3rd shift as my schedule requires because sometimes I have to hurry to work ..
  The employees that have been working during my recent stops are beyond polite and almost over the top professional .. If the signs ring true they should promote from within and stop worrying about looking for managers.. They have at least two people I could pick out who are great assets to the brand.. I will be back based on the customer service I have received alone.. Food is good.. Hot.. and fast .. better than most BKs ...

  Super slow service, very rude staff, and the place smelled badly. Can't wait until the Burger King in Solon finishes construction!
